Euros 150 for 3 Days Programme
The Training of Trainers- Designing and Applying Learning and Innovation (ToT – DALI) programme prepares trainers, teachers HR managers and practitioners to engage and design training and facilitation programmes in the areas of conflict transformation, education and development.
The ToT builds upon the lessons learned and experiences gathered through the PeaceTraining.EU project reviewing training methodologies and approaches to preparing practitioners and missions of the European Union and United Nations for peacebuilding and prevention.
The focus of this particular program is on the process of design and innovative methods of training and capacity building that would enable trainers and facilitators to address issues of diversity, engagement and effectiveness in the training room or classroom and at the same time that the students, participants or work teams are motivated, capable and efficient.
The ToT-Dali programme includes a basic peacebuilding and conflict transformation framework, an intensive introduction into training essential and a hands-on experiencing of role plays, simulations and interactive games and exercises.
Hosted by the IPDTC Global Academy the programme takes place over 3 days from 6-8 November and provides intensive, rigorous training.
If you are a trainer, facilitator, teacher or multiplier and have the ambition of improving your skills and methodology, we would be delighted to have you in our program. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and to apply.
