LeadIN brings people together to learn, share, and grow their leadership. The people who become part of LeadIN are the people who create and shape it. LeadIN evolves by and through the people it brings together. It is organized around two core principles. First, learning is social: we learn best when we exchange our unique perspectives and experiences with other people. Second, practice leads to mastery: practicing what we learn and integrating it in our lives allows us to create and sustain positive habits and continuously grow our abilities, our character, our leadership.
Would you like to grow your leadership? The application for the Summer 2017 “LeadIN Core” Program is now open! Submit your application by Friday, April 28th to be considered. Please cite PCDNetwork as the source of the opportunity in your application.
The program will run from May 30 – August 3. For more details on the curriculum and structure, you may review our attached Program Overview.
