    Organisations the world over are perceived based on the impressions they create in the minds of their audience. Communicating the core messages of an organisation is crucial in boosting the portfolio of an organisation. Organisations strategically attract interest and win the understanding and confidence of supportive stakeholders by coining their key messages to respond to the questions in curious minds within a broadly diversified society.

    On this back drop, WACSI is inviting applications for a 3-day training course in Communication Skills and Strategies for non-profit organisations. The course aims to impart key communications staff with innovative, robust and poignant skills that will enable them to effectively lead all communications processes in their organisations.

    Benefits: This course will enhance the capability of staff to effectively convey their organisation’s messages and build strong brand recognition.

    What to Expect: This course seeks to equip participants with skills and knowledge to effectively manage all internal and external communications within a non-profit organisational setting. Specifically, this course has been designed to;

    • Provide CSOs with the required competencies to build and run robust communication systems;
    • Equip participants with robust skills to develop key organisational messages;
    • Empower participants to effectively utilise social media tools to enhance their visibility and build brand recognition; and
