    Nonviolent Peaceforce is pleased to announce that in partnership with Merrimack College it is hosting POL 3650 Unarmed Civilian Protection.  The online registration deadline is Friday, May 10, 2019. Register here

    This 100% online course running from May 20 – June 28, 2019 contains the essential knowledge and methods for UCP. This course is intended for leadership and staff of aid organizations working in conflict situations who are interested in strengthening their capabilities to protect the people they serve, as well as their own staff. The course is also designed for a broader audience of civilian, military and police personnel working in conflict and post-conflict environments.


    Students can register for this course for academic credit or non-credit professional development certificate.

    Academic Credit – earned 4 credits for $375 per credit for a total cost of $1500
    Non-credit Professional Development Certificate – earn 6 Continuing Education Units for $750
