We’re pleased to announce that we’re nominating for Watson University, a new program which brings promising young leaders from around the world, and puts them through a degree-bearing incubator, where they start and advance businesses or organizations aimed at alleviating some of the world’s most urgent social and environmental challenges.
They are trained by a list of Master Course Teachers, which include a co-recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize, the inventor of Google Glass (and self driving car), a Time Magazine Hero of the Planet, the COO of the most successful US presidential campaign in history, among many others. And the coolest part is that in as little as 2.5 years students can walk away with a Bachelor’s of Science in Entrepreneurship. They’re out there to develop the next generation of Gandhi’s, Mother Teresa’s, Mandela’s, and Aung san Suu Kyi’s. Are you one of them?
Early app deadline: March 15. Final deadline: April 15. Watson is a new university model in Boulder, CO for student innovators and entrepreneurs aged 18-23 that includes short master courses from the world’s foremost leaders, entrepreneurs, and thinkers including the co-recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize, one of Time Magazine’s 100 most influential people and more; intensive mentorship; and training in the entrepreneurial skills of empathy, creativity, resilience, grit, bootstrapping, team building and fundraising.
