    Hello Everyone,

We are excited to tell you that we at the Maxwell School, in partnership with Humentum and through their platform, are offering an e-course (online course) on Agile Leadership Behaviors.

This is a pilot course, to see if there is demand to offer additional leadership development course content as part of Humentum’s offerings in the near future.

For those who don’t know Humentum: it is the merger of InsideNGO, LINGOs and MANGOs. This is an NGO member network focused on strengthening operational excellence among NGO staff.

This pilot course is based on the Four Frames concept. A short promotional banner is attached, and here is the webpage:

Tosca Bruno from the Maxwell School of Citizenship, a senior leadership development and INGO expert, will facilitate the online interaction this first time around.

    Here is our promo video:

After the first cohort, a Humentum facilitator will take over.

This first cohort starts October 22. Pls feel free to share with colleagues as you would like if you think they might benefit.

If people have questions, please email workshops@humentum.org

Organizations do not have to be member of Humentum to take this (or any) of courses.

    Warmest greetings,

    Ahmed
