Why getting out of our comfort zone matters – lead change with empathy and a global mindset

(This is a sponsored post on PCDN)

In a world that sees more and more division in communities and nations it is more important than ever to make sure that those of us who want to create a more just, kind and sustainable world get the professional skills to do this with the biggest impact possible.

Getting out of our comfort zones, learning from changemakers from all over the world and from the global South are all key learning elements we believe necessary for us to be able to create common ground, transcend boundaries and act with a global mindset, vision, courage and empathy.

We invite you to come and join us. Become an Amani Social Innovation Management Fellow.

Join a class of changemakers with diverse backgrounds – both professionally as well as geographically, in age and in experience, united by one common goal: to combine their passion for change with kick-ass professional skills and the inner capacities to make change happen from the inside out.

Connect passion with purpose and build a career of impact. We need people like you to tackle the world’s toughest challenges!

This program is about learning by doing, training with master practitioners, unlocking your potential, and preparing to build the career YOU truly want. You will choose whether you want to do the 4-month immersion phase of the program in Brazil or Kenya. This program has been featured in several news outlets – from Stanford Social Innovation Review, to Forbes and Fast Company
