“Under the Spotlight: Ending Violence against ALL Women and Girlsin Southern Africa”

It’s another International Women’s Day #IWD2018. #PressforProgress

While we continue to advocate for equal opportunities, justice for all, and access to livelihoods and speaking out against all forms of gender-based violence, let’s not forget to look out for the women and girls in our own circle of influence said: Patrick Newton Bondo

We are very grateful that our staff members will be representing the Outreach Social Care Project at the Ring the Bell for Gender Equality 2018, Johannesburg Stock Exchange today 08 March 2018 and as well at the sixty-second session of the Commission on the Status of Women will take place at the United Nations Headquarters in New York from 12 to 23 March 2018 “Challenges and opportunities in achieving gender equality and the empowerment of rural women and girls”  We are very grateful to the United States Department of State, United Nations Women, Johannesburg Stock Exchange and Global Compact Network South Africa for their support.

A lot of women and girls are going through depression, becoming suicidal and even committing suicide as a result of pressure from all angles.
As we #PressforProgress, we cannot afford to leave these ones behind said: Patrick Newton Bondo

Each year around the world, International Women’s Day (IWD) is celebrated on March 8. Thousands of events occur not just on this day but throughout March to mark the economic, political and social achievements of women.

Celebrating women today, the world celebrates the contributions, challenges, and promises that are at top of the agenda. Since the founding of the Outreach Social Care Project, we have been supporting and improving women’s and girls’ health, education, food security, welfare, and capacity building, but there is still progress to be made.

We will continue working hand in hand with partners, donors and volunteers and the community at large to develop and expand major initiatives to prevent poverty, diseases, food shortage and help girls and women to reach their full potential in South Africa and Democratic Republic of Congo said Patrick Newton Bondo.

Happy International Women’s Day. Happy women’s month.

Together we are stronger, Always.
