In 2000 Peace & Conflict Planners became a pioneer in developing business incubators for private sector clients. We could immediately recognise the potential for these projects and centres for humanitarian development application.
For those of you not yet familiar with the term or concept, Business incubators are programs designed to accelerate the successful development of entrepreneurial companies through an array of business support resources and services, developed and orchestrated by incubator management and offered both in the incubator and through its network of contacts.

to see what a social innovation centre might look like in your community.
PCP Canada has developed a number of incubator models over the past 12 years, and it’s inspiring to see the trend where these centres are now combining social, culture and business economy to form a whole of community approach to positive collective development.
Our newest project will be launched and marketed internationally as a franchise, and we hope to make a positive contribution to the global economy’s stability through community level actions.
Project Identegenisis® was prototyped in 2000, our team and company focus was then suddenly required to support international reconstruction projects and programming until just recently. We are now seeking partner organizations and individuals interested in supporting this project.
Part incubator/innovation centre, community public space and online portal, Project Identegenisis® is a world’s first that creates physical/virtual architectural spaces representative of the advanced technological era in which we currently live.
Project Identigenesis® strengthens and enhances local economies and cultures to counter the negative results of state failures, including transitioning economies, weakening cultures and identities, and failed institutions. Democracy is supported through Project Identigenesis® because it provides a voice for people.
Project Identigenesis® incorporates the logic of “Effects Based Approach to Operations” designed with stability, peace and economic strength as the end-state objective.

Economic & Community
We have public community pools, sports complexes, museums, parks, and all sorts of other venues for social leisure programming.
Why not imagine a world where every community has an economic and culture incubator/social innovation centre. We need to create millions of new jobs, we need new green models for distance working, and we need to fill the spaces left empty from our past economic industrial era.
Would this model work in your community? If so, what can we do to support your establishing one in your community?
