Global Citizenship at the core of Inclusive Schools

The UNHR program sets the point to develop Global Citizens, openings schools and societies to a new paradigm, much more  than ever. Inclusive Schools (Ainscow, 2016) points out how to develop inclusion in schools, between schools and beyond:

“The aim, then, is to develop ‘inclusive’ education systems. This can only happen, however, if local area schools become more inclusive— in other words, if they become more capable of educating all children in their communities.”

Are we really prepare to develop policies and inclusive practices responding to Cosmopolitan Citizenship challenges(Osler, A. 2005)?

Taking local factors and developing local inclusion in the ecosystem where the child is born?
