Over the coming decades, changes in the outside world will be fast, fundamental, and continuous. To turn the entailed challenges into opportunities, international civil society organisations (ICSOs) need to develop an organisational culture that embraces change.
Over the period of a year, the International Civil Society Centre brought together a group of leaders and experts to explore this strategic factor for the future of international civil society organisations (ICSOs). Be the Change identifies the main features of a more entrepreneurial, agile and adaptable organisational culture, and has designed a path for ICSOs’ culture change.
The outputs of this project – our topical series of short videos and the Be the Change report – are now finalised and available to all. We encourage the broad, unlimited use of these resources for civil society organisations, activists, academics, thinkers and doers! Please share!
