Art for peace and collaboration between India and Pakistan

Hindi and Urdu is one language when spoken but written in two different scripts hence it is the only major language of the world with this characteristic, says Pakistani artist Syed Mohammad Anwar, a lawyer by profession. He has highlighted this aspect of the language through his calligraphic work, first of its kind, saying it can be used together with other efforts to promote peace and tolerance in the region. This are is created to promote peace, collaboration and better understanding between people of India and Pakistan. Hindi-Urdu language is the biggest common denominator between India and Pakistan where language is unfortunately is divided on the basis of religions whereas language has no religion. It is aimed that the promotion of this part work will help the peace efforts in the region.
This effort is being widely appreciated by electronic media of Pakistan. Soon a book written by Dr Syed Mohammed Anwer on the subject titled Apni Boli Apna Smaj [ means Our own language and culture ] will be published.
