A solid Introduction to the use of Logic Models
Results-Based Management training is best done face to face, in groups, and developing a Logic Model is an important element in helping everybody examine their assumptions about what they want to achieve.
But working through the training and then applying the tools takes time. Not everyone has that time, but we can all benefit from visualizing how our problems, our activities and our results fit together. The University of Wisconsin’s online course – Enhancing Program Performance with Logic Models is a useful introduction to the process and the most practical of the online RBM courses.
